Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to make a positive impact on buyers from a street perspective. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers shape their initial opinion of your home and how you upkeep house's regular maintenance. Knowing this helps us to choose what measures we can take to invite buyers from the street and into your house. If your home's exterior isn't up to par with refreshed paint and colorful garden plants it's time to get those things done. Follow the Curb Appeal Checklist and add dollars to your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Does your home seem to say, "This is Your New Home" to a buyer? Walking-through your home from a buyer's view, I'll advise you of fixes that enhance sales appeal. I'll tell you put in storage pieces that give the appearance of clutter. Table and counter tops should be free and clear. Arts and crafts, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' drawings should get moved out of sight. We need to give mass appeal to the home so buyers can see it as their new place.
I'll review every room of your home. I'll note the pieces of furniture that should be removed, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to be changed, fixtures that could use shining, and any other improvement that can easily be made to positively affect the sale.
Working together, we'll make sure your house has mass appeal and that it's welcoming, staying away from "offensive" or "can't-work-with" shades on the walls and furniture. And if you've already moved out, you can think about temporary furnishings. You want your house to look inviting as opposed to uninhabited.

Setting the Stage The entire time your house in on the market, we want to capture buyers' attention. To eliminate shadows a mood changer and we'll draw back curtains, and reduce shadows where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the ambiance with enjoyable music playing softly and ensure a nice scent circulates throughout your home. We'll add cozy-looking bedspreads, and pillows on your couch and bed. We want buyers to feel like your current place has the potential to be. |
